The Barong Festival Regeneration

SENIOR figure of Meng- wi Palace, Anak Agung Gde Agung, iniƟated the Taman Ayun Barong RegeneraƟon held on July 14-16, 2016. Other than preserving culture, this fesƟval is also intended to combine the two world cultural heritages (WCH), namely the Taman Ayun and Barong Art having been designated as a world cultural heritage. As it is known, the Taman Ayun Temple, Barong Dance and playing drum have become a part recognized by the UNESCO as the world cultural heritage.
